Mr. Smith is a luxury Australian haircare brand known for small-batch products made with native botanicals like kakadu plum and macadamia oil — PETA-certified cruelty-free and used backstage at Paris Fashion Week. Despite their prestigious reputation, their online presence wasn't delivering the premium shopping experience their brand commanded, limiting direct-to-consumer sales potential.
Solution
