The previous website, although quite modern in design, was very slow. The redesign and new website focused on speed for the end user and ease of entering content.
Utilising a highly flexible WordPress backend, Advanced Custom Fields content blocks allow the team to build new pages fast.
The Gatsby JS React frontend pulls the data out of WordPress and compiles the site, which is then distributed via CDN on Netlify.
